We understand that not everyone is looking for full-time hours. This role could be ideal for parents of young children, people returning to work, or anyone looking for a rewarding part-time career in care.
We appreciate that school hours, school runs and family commitments are important. Wherever possible, we will work with you to provide flexible hours that fit around your existing commitments, while ensuring that we can continue to provide reliable care to our clients.
Experience isn't essential
Previous experience in care is preferred but is not essential. If you are caring, compassionate and have the right attitude, we will provide you with a full induction and all the training you need.
Your training will include care induction, mandatory training and additional training relevant to your role, all provided at our expense.
Excellent rates of pay
Our part-time Care Professionals are paid:
£13.10 per hour Monday–Friday £14.00 per hour Saturday–Sunday
Travelling time and mileage paid

What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Be caring, compassionate, patient and respectful.
- Be reliable and committed to providing excellent care.
- Have excellent communication and people skills.
- Have a good level of spoken and written English.
- Be flexible and able to work some weekends.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have your own reliable vehicle.
- Be willing to complete all required training.
- Have a genuine desire to make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support.
- Be able to obtain a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
