Tender-Care Services is proud to have been successful in our bid to become part of the BCP Council Care & Support at Home Framework. As our service continues to grow, we are now actively recruiting caring, compassionate and dedicated Care Professionals to join our already excellent team.
At Tender-Care, we believe that great care starts with great people. We are looking for individuals who genuinely want to make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support in their own homes.
Experience isn't essential
Previous experience in care is preferred but is not essential. If you have the right attitude, compassion and commitment to providing excellent care, we will provide you with the training and support you need to succeed.
Our comprehensive induction includes full care training, mandatory training and additional training relevant to your role, all provided at our expense. We are committed to developing our staff and helping you build a rewarding career in care.
Excellent rates of pay
We operate a three-tier pay structure, recognising experience, competence, commitment and the quality of care provided.
Our rates start at £13.10 per hour and progress up to £15.00 per hour.
As you develop your skills and demonstrate your commitment to delivering excellent care, there are opportunities to progress through our pay structure.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Be caring, compassionate, patient and respectful.
- Be reliable, responsible and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Have excellent communication and people skills.
- Have a good level of spoken and written English.
- Be flexible and willing to work weekends.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have your own reliable vehicle for work.
- Be willing to undertake all required training.
- Have a genuine desire to support people to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes.
- Be able to obtain a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.

This service includes:
- Meal preparation, shopping, collection of medicines etc.
- Chaperoned visits and outings
- Visits to hospitals, doctors and dentists
- Light domestic duties
- Assistance with reading, writing and correspondence
- Cleaning and ironing (supplement charge)
