Tender Care Services Limited processes your personal information to meet our legal, statutory and contractual obligations and to provide you with our products and services.   • Service user names, addresses, date of birth, National Insurance numbers, telephone  numbers and  all other service user personal information held by the
  • Service user support plans, referrals, assessments, relatives and carer details and all other data held by the provider in relation to service

  • Staff recruitment data including DBS details and clearance and references, staff employment history, staff training, supervision and
  • Details of staff medical history, sickness, absence and any Occupational Health
